So the reason I bought this PC is because I wanted an affordable gaming PC that was just plug & play. I received the PC. It was packaged well. I plugged it all in and it would not boot up. I went into the motherboard setting and tried both drives to boot up windows. It would not work. Looked at possible issues online. I literally took the pc apart. I checked that both drives were properly plugged in. I check the power source. I took them out, and made sure nothing was loose. Then I called tech support, after going back and forth with tech support, they advised me to call superhotelectronics tech support. They informed me that most likely, windows was not installed. (although I suspect it was installed incorrectly, because I found the file afterwards, which I then replaced.) Tech support told me that I could either use another PC and download windows onto a hard drive or return the product. This is frustrating, because I expected to just plug in the PC and be ready to go. So I went onto my laptop and found a hard drive. Downloaded windows onto the hard drive and was able to download it into the PC that way. The license key was on the motherboard, so no issues there. Then once up and running. The wifi card was not active. I called tech support and he gave me the link for the correct driver. He said I needed to plug in the PC using an ethernet cable. I did not want to lug my PC to my router. So I just downloaded the driver to the hard drive and downloaded into the PC that way. After all that and a whole day gone, I had the PC running and everything working the way it should be. I was very frustrating experience, especially since they advertise that it's a plug & play experience. It definitely was not in my case. After contacting customer support, all they said was that I could just do it myself or return the product. I felt like I was on my own. They did not offer any sort of compensation for my headache. I had toiled away the whole day for something that I shouldn't have had to deal with in the first place. After that headache, I do have to say that the PC is running smoothly and it is very quick and responsive. I have run games on it on high setting and experienced zero lag. It is not a high end gaming pc, but it will handle pretty much anything you want. For the casual gamer and for someone who just wants a workhorse of a computer, this will handle the job no problem. The PC also looks great on my desk with it's glass enclosure and RGB lighting. Aside from setting up, I do enjoy the PC very much.
