When the PC first arrived it didn’t have windows properly installed. So it was kind of disheartening, but tech support had answer to my problem so it was a relatively easy fix. Other than that I have no complaints with this purchase. For the price it is a great starter PC and has been running smoothly ever since that issue was fixed
