The customer service is even more exceptional. This PC came with 1tb M.2 SSD. I had planned to install some 2.5 SATA SSDs once it arrived. I noticed there were no extra SATA cables and contacted them to ask about it ( i realized after i contacted customer service that pre builds usually don't come with them) They immediately responded and are sent me SATA cables. I couldn't be happier with the customer service.
