The replacement, however, is fantastic! Everything that was missing in the first one was in the new one. I have had no real problems with it. I did have to download Windows 10, and the rest of the gaming features, because it was not included in this one. Basically a clean slate, which is fine. The customer service was very helpful, and when all was done, I have had no problems since! I absolutely love it, and will order again in the future from them! :)
