This watch caught my eye because I am hitting an age where it's a good idea to start keeping an eye on my steps, heart rate, sleep quality etc. It is so convenient to have that information right at my finger tips. Every week I can get a visual display of whether or not I'm getting stronger, it's made working out a lot more fun. I love the slick look of this watch, it's not too dramatic, and also not too casual. It goes with everything. I really like it's solid, durable feel. Oh yes, and the last thing, the screen real estate makes reading texts without looking rude easy! Good buy.
