I really like the pc, and the value you get for the pc. But my problem was that when I plugged it in it popped up with a message that said widows couldn't install. I tried everything I could do for 5 hours including calling the tech support, which I never got a response to. When my sister went to the commands and fixed the issue. So it was an inconvenience, but it wouldn't happen to everyone because my friend, who got the same pc, didn't get this issue. In conclusion this pc has a really good value, but the tech support is bad and I didn't have a good and easy opening experience.
