I bought the pc to replace a 5 year old pc. It arrived yesterday and i followed instructions to hook it up. Like other reviewers, mine didn't have the inside insert to keep video card and other internals in place. I did verify everything was firmly inserted before hooking up. Started up with no problems and everything looks to be working great. Its definitely far faster than my old i5 pc. I definitely recommend this pc.
