I am a software engineer and have been around computers for several decades. I am so happy with my purchase. It's quite and so far runs any game I want it to. It does not crash and really is what I was expecting from a machine. I choose this machine over a dell, hp or alienware because I did not want Proprietary parts but I didn't have the time to build my own. Very happy with my decision.. If you computer is crashing while playing games call support don't blame it on the machine.
