Idk if the product is hit or miss or if there were just some kinks in the supply chain the company had to work out but other reviews mention packaging being a problem, that was not the case for mine and I believe thats probably something they addressed. Mine however did not work right out of the box, before booting up I made sure all the connections were good but I got a boot error "reboot and select proper boot device" the bios could see both hardrives but refused to boot even after reseating cables...(ALSO cable management on the HDD side was pretty bad). I attempted to call customer service but I figured it out before my call was answered. If you run into this problem try entering the BIOS going to advanced mode, go over to the "Boot" tab select "launch CSM" and change the setting to disabled. Save and reset. That fixed it for me. Since then its been smooth sailing. So in conclusion I think its definitely worth its price, you can upgrade ram if needed but I'll also add there isnt any additional slots for hardrives but all and all good PC i think.
