Product came as stated. It is quiet and quick. Very easy and self-explanatory setup. Great value for its performance. It did come with one of the two plastic keyboard stand pieces missing, but this is not crucial and I am assuming that they will honor this when I call them. No complaints. Machine is very beautiful; customer service was great. Willing to send me a new keyboard when I only asked for the missing plastic part.
