Computer showed up well packed and looked to be clean, not repackaged. Tower was packed nice and turned on first try. For first time users, plug hdmi/display port into video card, not motherboard. It did not recognize OS on hard drive, so I called support. Helped me pretty quickly, booted up like a champ. I added a 500gb SSD and took 1tb HDD drive out, I feel HDD drives are useless, dont use anymore. My 2 honest complaints are the CPU Cooler and the glass side panel not having a fan hole or fan included. When gaming, it will get hot. To fix until I buy a new CPU cooler and more tower fans, I took side panel off and games with very little heat. All in all, great tower for the price, everything worked l, looked and tested as advertised. Thanks
