This was quite an upgrade from my previous desktop. The specs are just as advertised and it is very quite. It does not come with a remote, but it doesn't really need one to work. As others have mentioned, it does have a sticker on the side of the glass panel that is somewhat difficult to remove, but after using a razor blade and some Windex it was perfect.
