I've been playing games my whole life but never had a "gaming" computer. Decided to treat myself, did a lot of homework and review reading and this looked like it would be the best bang for my buck. Set up was easy (make sure you use the display ports beneath the card reading "use display ports beneath this card"), and it started up like a dream. The first thing I noticed was that it made no sound at all, the second was the speed. I tried playing Frostpunk on an 8gb ram laptop that I have. On the lowest possible settings it was able to play with manageable lag. I used that to test this computer. I turned everything to high and pressed play. I played straight for 3 hours without a hiccup, with other programs running in the background.
